remove all the sources of stress. you know how to do this. go ahead and do it. it won't take as long as you think it will.
do a crossword every day. use your fanciest pens and your neatest handwriting and do it
decide that now matters; stop waiting for when it's all perfect because it's never going to be perfect
even if it's not perfect do it anyway
