Whenever you start on a new med. you accept the reality of side effects. Every med. has side effects; the trick is finding a med that makes you feel better and has side effects you can live with. The latter is the most important.
When the dr. told me I'd have to start a new one I naturally asked him about side effects. "Nothing much to worry about," says he.
Of course, I go home and immediately google the med to find out about side effects.
It can cause diabetes. And orthostatic intolerance (the condition that wiped out Greg Yellow Wiggle). And high blood pressure. And low blood pressure. Dizziness, lightheadedness, excess salivation, weight gain, LACTATION (oh, that one made me laugh...as if!), and "women's troubles".
Nothing much indeed.
